Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Planning Commission, in and for the County of Brown, will conduct certain public hearings as follows:
1. 9:00 AM: To consider a Multi (2) lot split by Heidi Halvorson known as Himmel Subdivision, on property described as part of the W2 , Sec 32 - Twp 111N - R 31W, Milford Township, Brown County Minnesota. Property being platted is an existing homesite being split from one 10 acre lot into 2 lots to accommodate new construction.
Notice is further given that the above hearings will be held by the Brown County Planning Commission on TUESDAY, January 15, 2013 beginning at 9:00 AM in the Commissioners Room 204 of the Brown County Courthouse, New Ulm, Minnesota at which time you may appear if you so desire, either in person or by agent or attorney, in apposition to or support of the proposed Plat or Conditional Use Permits. Notice for Bids-Seasonal Materials Requirements. Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Engineer will accept sealed bids at the Office of the County Engineer in New Ulm, until 10:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of January 2013, for the following materials:
-Approximately 555 tons, CRS-2 Bituminous material for seal coating.
Interested bidders shall submit sealed bids on the proposal forms furnished, along with a 5% bid bond. Brown County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and/or to waive any irregularities.
