FRANKLIN - Eugene Wesley Hall age 89 of Franklin passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012 at the New Ulm Medical Center.
Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2 at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Franklin.
