New Ulm, Minnesota,

Ulm Public Utilities

Commission, has filed

an application with the

City of New Ulm re-

questing a Conditional

Use Permit for the pur-

pose of locating and

constructing a 250,000

gallon elevated water

tower in Nehl's Park

on the property legally

described as Outlot

and

WHEREAS, Richard

Kimmel, Chair of the

has filed an application

with the City of New

Ulm to locate one

City Hall Council

Chambers, 100 North

Broadway, New Ulm,

Minnesota to consider

these matters. The

public and all interest-

ed parties are hereby

notified of said hear-

ing.
