NEW ULM - Martin Luther College women's basketball player Hannah Hackbarth was named Upper Midwest Athletic Conference Player of the Week for her performance last week for the Knights.
The sophomore guard averaged 18.7 points per game in three games last week, shooting .413 from the field overall, but .478 (11-of-23) from beyond the 3-point arc. Hackbarth also averaged 4.7 rebounds and 2.0 assists per game.
Hackbarth and the Knights will return to action at 2 p.m. Saturday when they travel to Wartburg.
