serves New Ulm, MN.

The station operates

on channel 237 at a

power of 0.25 kW.

The station engages in

the rebroadcasting of

KCMP, Northfield, MN

on channel 207.

Individuals who wish

to advise the FCC of

facts relating to our

renewal application

and to whether this

station has operated in

the public interest

should file comments

and petitions with the

Commission by March

1, 2013.

Trust dated November

25, 1996 a/k/a Elfrieda

B. Thom Trust, as

amended (the "Trust"),

and the fractional in-

terest of each such

beneficiary, are those

individuals and frac-

tional shares identified

on the Chart attached

hereto as Exhibit A.

B. Allowing and ap-

proving the Trustee's

Account attached

hereto as Exhibit B

which includes all of

the Trustees Fees and

Expenses; and

C. For other such re-

lief as the Court

deems appropriate.

Any objection to the

Petition must be filed
