HEARING
PROPOSED
PROPERTY TAX
ABATEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the City
Council of the City of
New Ulm, Brown
County, Minnesota,
will conduct a Public
Hearing on Tuesday,
December 18, 2012 at
5:00 p.m. in the Coun-
cil Chambers located
in the New Ulm City
Hall, 100 North Broad-
way, New Ulm, Min-
nesota, relating to the
use of property tax
abatement for the pur-
pose of funding
development costs for
the Frontier Labs Pro-
ject, pursuant to Min-
nesota Statutes, Sec-
tion 469.1812 to
469.1815, inclusive, as
amended. The annual
amount of tax abate-
ment will not exceed
$5,000 per year and
will be provided over a
period of up to 15
years commencing in
the year 2015. The
following tax parcel is
proposed to be includ-
ed in the proposed pro-
perty tax abatement:

The proposed property
tax abatement project
has a street address
of 6 Somsen Street
and is legally
described as Lot 1,
Block 3, Airport Indus-
trial Park. The proper-
ty is in the process of
being replatted.
Copies of the Abate-
ment Resolution as
proposed for adoption
will be on file and
available for public in-
spection at the City
Manager's Office in
City Hall.
All interested persons
in attendance will be
given an opportunity to
speak on this matter.
Written testimony may
also be submitted prior
to the meeting to:
