This woman was one of the volunteer 'jail birds' who donned prison clothes, got their 'mug-shots' taken and made phone calls, as part of a fund raiser for the March of Dimes held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at Happy Joe's in New Ulm. The 'prisoners' called family, friends and associates asking them to 'post bail' to secure their release. The participants served one-hour prison shifts. Some 50 'prisoners' secured pledges in the fund-raiser from scores of friends. The top individual fund-raiser was Judd Hendrycks at $1,040.
