SHERBURN - New Ulm prevailed in one match, but then lost the second one Tuesday night in a South Central Conference wrestling triangular Tuesday night in Sherburn.
The Eagles defeated Waseca in the first match. Fairmont/Martin County West downed the Eagles in the second one.
Jagger Hoffmann, Austin Brandes and Luke Cihak went 2-0 for the Eagles in Tuesday's action.
New Ulm will travel to Hutchinson on Friday for a quadrangular meet with Scott West, Mankato East and Hutchinson.
