BLUE EARTH COUNTY - The Blue Earth County Sheriff's Office is investigating a kidnapping of two children from a rural Blue Earth County foster home.
Reina M. Gandarilla, 21, whose parental rights were terminated earlier this year, took her children, Issiah, 2, and Lyanna, four months, Tuesday, according to a sheriff's office news release.
The whereabouts of the children and mother are unknown at this time. The sheriff's office asks anyone has contact with Reina or knows of her whereabouts to call 911 in Blue Earth County and 507-387-5601 outside the county.
