HEARING
WHEREAS, the New
Ulm Planning Commis-
sion has initiated
proceedings to consid-
er the amendment of
the City of New Ulm's
land use regulations
regarding the licensing
and permitted location
for commercial ken-
nels, and to establish
appropriate perfor-
mance standards for
this use; and
WHEREAS, the City
Code requires that this
matter be considered
by the New Ulm Plan-
ning Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED,
pursuant to the City
Code, the New Ulm
Planning Commission
will meet at 4:30 P.M.
on Thursday, No-
vember 29, 2012 in the
City Hall Council
Chambers, 100 North
Broadway, New Ulm,
Minnesota to consider
this matter. The pub-
lic and all interested
parties are hereby noti-
fied of said hearing.
