Theresa Reyes of NU-Telecom recently completed her CCNA certification and was promoted to Systems Analyst. CCNA is a Cisco certification that indicates a foundation in networking and a competency in installing, configuring and operating many types of small networks. Reyes has been with NU-Telecom for two years as an IT Analyst II at the company's Hutchinson location. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University in Chicago.
Reyes works with a team of trained staff providing NU-Telecom's line of managed services such as hosted Microsoft exchange, on-line file backup, on-line file storage, Sharepoint and networking.
