NEW ULM Robert "Bob" Halverson, 90, of New Ulm, died Thursday, Sept. 27, 2012 at the Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm.
Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 6 at Swan Lake Lutheran Church. Burial with full military honors conducted by the Lafayette American Legion Post 300 will follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Brighton Township.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, Oct. 5 at Swan Lake Lutheran Church and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Schmucker Funeral Service of New Ulm is handling the arrangements.
Memorials are preferred to the Parkinsons Disease Foundation. A complete obituary will appear in a later edition of The Journal.
