Truck driver treated and released after rollover

A truck driver from Courtland escaped serious injury in an accident near Le Sueur on Wednesday morning. According to the State Patrol, the accident was reported at 7:02 a.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 169 and the Doppy Lane intersection in Le Sueur County. A 2007 Freightliner driven by Joseph D. Wenner, 28, Courtland, was southbound when it made a left turn into the rest area, lost control, rolled, and came to rest in a ditch. Wenner was treated for injuries and released. A damage report was not available.
