SLEEPY EYE - The Sleepy Eye volleyball team edged Martin Luther 25-17, 26-28, 25-22, 25-23 on Thursday.
Claire Krumbach led the Indians in kills with 16 and in digs with 12, while also registering five blocks.
Also making top contributions for Sleepy Eye were Sam Krebsbach (11 kills, seven blocks), Miranda McMullen (28 set assists) and Karrah Remus (five service aces, five digs).
Sleepy Eye (2-0) will next play Thursday at Springfield.
