SPECSYS, INC.
BUSINESS SUBSIDY
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the City
Council of the City of
New Ulm, Brown
County, Minnesota,
will conduct a Public
hearing on Tuesday,
September 4, 2012 at
5:00 p.m. in the Coun-
cil Chambers located
in the New Ulm City
Hall, 100 North Broad-
way, New Ulm, Min-
nesota, for the pur-
pose of securing ci-
tizen input regarding a
proposed loan of
$350,00 to SpecSys,
Inc., 2120 North
Broadway, New Ulm,
Minnesota.
SpecSys, Inc. is seek-
ing funding to support
the purchase of equip-
ment for the expansion
of their business. The
$350,00 request for
City funding is in the
form of a fixed term,
below-market interest
rate loan. Information
considering the loan is
available at the City
Manager's Office in
City Hall.
Any person with
residence in the City
of New Ulm or the
owner of taxable pro-
perty in the City, may
file a written complaint
with the City if the
City fails to comply
with M.S. 116 J.993 to
116J.995. No action
may be filed against
the City for the failure
to comply unless a
written complaint is
filed.
All interested persons
in attendance will be
given an opportunity to
speak on this matter.
Written testimony may
also be submitted prior
to the meeting to:
