To the editor:
Take a compass, put it on top of Hermann's sword and rotate it clockwise or counterclockwise, it doesn't matter, either way it's closer to the center of New Ulm's water problems than Nehls Park is.
Tom Schmitz and the City of New Ulm are more concerned about what the Historical Society will or will not give them in the way of grants to repair the Hermann Monument in the future. We are bowing more and more to the Historical Society. Do we really need another King of the Hill situation?
I woudl say they are more self-centered, than to the needs of New Ulm.
