SPRINGFIELD - Irene Krueger, 91 of Springfield, died Friday, Aug. 17, 2012, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 22, at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Springfield with burial at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, Aug. 21, at Chapel of the Good Shepherd at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield,; and will continue one hour before services Wednesday at the church.
Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.
She is survived by her sons, Steven of Madison, Wis., Jeff Krueger of Springfield; two grandsons; one great- granddaughter; sisters, Bernice Balbach and Marge Gatzlaff both of Springfield.
Irene Adeline Krueger was born Aug. 26, 1920, to George and Ella (Tews) Buhr in Stately Township, Brown County, Minn.
