NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WHEREAS, Steven Harmening and Lynn Harmening, and Chiyo Tews have filed a petition with the City of New Ulm requesting the following rezonings:

Harmening: From B-3 (General Business District) to B-1 (Limited Business District) the property legally described as the balance of Tract "A" of Outlots 476, 477, 451-A and 451-B, City of New Ulm, Brown County, Minnesota, excepting therefrom that:' (1) portion of said Tract "A" of Outlots 476, 477, 451-A and 451-B lying easterly of Trunk Highway #15, the same also being described as Lot 3 of Tract "A" of Outlots 476, 477, 451-A and 451-B, and (2) so-called northerly 50 feet thereof, this being a 50 foot wide strip adjoining Lot 2 of Tract "A" of Outlots 476, 477, 451-A and 451-B (Street Address: 2014 South Broadway); and

Tews: From B-2 (Service Business District) to B-1 (Limited Business District) the property legally described as Lot 2 and the northerly 50 feet of Tract "A" of Outlots 476, 477, 451-A and 451-B (Street Address: 2010 South Broadway).

WHEREAS, Dennis Bianchi has filed an application with the City of New Ulm for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the location of a storage building on property zoned B-2 (Service Business District) and legally described as Lots 10 and 11, Block 89 South of Center Street (Street Address: 1615 South State Street).

WHEREAS, the City Code requires that these matters be considered by the New Ulm Planning commission.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Planning Commission will meet at 4:30 P.M. on Thursday, August 30, 2012 in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider these matters. The public and all interested parties are hereby notified of said hearing.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

WHEREAS, Scott Krueger, on behalf of Bondal, Inc., has filed and application for a variance from the City Code to allow structures to be constructed on property without the required street frontage on a public right-of-way, and

WHEREAS, this property is legally described as Part of Lots 1-6, Block 41 South of Center Street, and

WHEREAS, the City Code requires this matter be considered by the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment.

NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Thursday, August 30, 2012 at 4:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said Public Hearing.
