NOTICE OF
CARTWAY HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN that the Town
Board of Sigel Town-
ship will hold a public
hearing on August 21,
2012 at 1:00 p.m. for
the purpose of hearing,
considering, and acting
on a petition from Ray-
mond and Janet
Seifert to establish a
cartway to their pro-
perty located in Sec-
tion 4 of the Township.
The hearing will be
convened on County
Road 25 at the site of
the proposed cartway
to allow the Town
Board to inspect the
proposed route and
any alternative routes,
and then the hearing
will be continued to the
Clerk's home to re-
ceive additional public
input and to act on the
petition. All interested
persons may appear
and be heard at the
public hearing or may
file written comments
with the Town Clerk
before the hearing.

representative of the
estate of the decedent
in an unsupervised ad-
ministration.
Any objections to the
petition must be raised
at the hearing or filed
with the Court prior to
the hearing. If the peti-
tion is proper and no
objections are filed or
raised, the personal
representative will be
appointed with the full
power to administer
the estate, including
the power to collect all
assets; pay all legal
debts, claims, taxes,
and expenses; sell real
and personal property;
and do all necessary
acts for the estate.
Notice is also given
that, subject to Minn.
Stat. 524.3-801, all
creditors having claims
against the decedent's
estate are required to
present the claims to
the personal represen-
tative or to the Court
within four (4) months
after the date of this
notice or the claims
will be barred.
