SLEEPY EYE - The District 84 Board of Education will consider a resolution calling for an excess levy referendum at its Thursday, Aug. 9 meeting.
Other agenda items include a joint speech teacher agreement with GFW (Gibbon Fairfax Winthrop) schools, hiring Gifted & Talented Coordinator Julia Coulson, junior high tennis coach Jordan Rathman and junior high FFA Advisor Alisa Mangen. The meeting starts at 7:30 p.m. in the district conference room.
