SLEEPY EYE - The Sleepy Eye City Council will consider a resolution for bonds for the Snow Farm project at its Thursday, Aug. 9 meeting.
Other agenda items include an audit report, fire department escrow account resolution, and 2013 general budget discussion.
The meeting starts at 7 p.m. in the council chambers.
