A motorcycle collided with a truck Wednesday morning at the intersection of 7th South Street and Broadway. A 1995 Peterbilt Tractor Trailer driven by Donald Harrel, 53, of Winthrop, was traveling northbound in the right lane of South Broadway. Meanwhile, a 2001 Harley Davidson motorcycle driven by Ernest Kalk, 62, of New Ulm, was also traveling northbound in the left lane. Kalk moved into the right lane just before Harrel made a wide right turn onto 7th South Street, and the vehicles collided. The truck sustained light damage while the motorcycle sustained moderate damage. Kalk received minor injuries to his head and arms. He was taken by ambulance to the New Ulm Medical Center, according to information from the New Ulm Police Department.
