ST. PETER - Despite holding a 6-1 lead after six innings, New Ulm Kaiserhoff was unable to hold on as St.?Peter came back to win the River Valley Playoff game 10-6 Friday night.
The loss ends New Ulm's season at 3-18.
Jordan Schneider took the loss despite facing only two batters. Travis Kretsch pitched the first six innings for Kaiserhoff.
New Ulm outhit St. Peter 15-7. Jason Shaul led the way with four hits and two doubles and Erik Curry had three hits and a stolen base.
Matt Bergmann and Tim Kehren also had two hits each for Kaiserhoff.
