REDWOOD FALLS - The Springfield Legion baseball team defeated Redwood Falls 6-3 on Saturday.
Isaac Kirschstein earned the win on the mound for Springfield as Redwood Falls managed just two hits in the game.
Springfield notched six hits in the game and took advantage of receiving six walks and two hit batsmen.
Springfield will return to action Friday as it launches its Sub-district tournament campaign in Truman.
