Robert A Wieland, 63, of Coon Rapids, MN. Born April 29, 1949 in New Ulm, MN. Died June 29, 2012 at his home surrounded by his family after a courageous battle with cancer. Bob is survived by his wife Sue (Holland) of 42 years; sons: Andy (Denise), Aaron, Jarrod (Jen); eight grandchildren; his parents, Vernon (Ader) and Darleen; brothers and sisters, Perry (Donna), Jane, Brad, Brenda (Paul) Berg, and many nieces and nephews. Bob worked for USBank for 39 years. Bob enjoyed music and sang in many choirs including the 3M Male Chorus, Two Rivers Chorale, United Methodist Church of Anoka choir and played bells with the church bell choir. Bob spent many hours volunteering at his church in many capacities. Funeral service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 14 at United Methodist Church of Anoka, MN. Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. prior to the service. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be directed to the United Methodist Church of Anoka or the Two Rivers Chorale.
