NEW ULM - Zack More pitched a complete-game shutout to lead the New Ulm Brewers to a 2-0 victory against the Redwood Falls Redbirds in Tuesday night Tomahawk East League amateur baseball action at Johnson Park.

In his nine innings of work, More allowed only five hits and struck out seven. He made a nifty sliding play on a tapper to the left of the mound and threw out the runner at first to record the game's final out.

Redbirds starter Josh Jenniges also recorded a complete game, allowing two runs and eight hits in his eight innings of work.

Landon Rewitzer (3-for-4) drove in both of New Ulm's runs, recording an RBI single in the first that scored Aaron Pfaff (1-for-4) and an RBI double in the third that scored Wade French (2-for-4, double).

Al Flor (1-for-3) and Taylor Rolloff (1-for-3) had the Brewers' other hits.

New Ulm will host Sleepy Eye at 8 p.m. today at Johnson Park.
