NEW ULM - The New Ulm Public Utilities Commission will meet today at 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The PUC will consider awarding the contract for the Steam Turbine No. 4 overhaul project to Power Generation Service, Inc. for $350,440.
The turbine has exceeded the usual replacement timeline, and a new one is needed to meet insurance requirements.
The PUC will also hear the financial report for the PUC for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2011.
