meet in the Council

Ulm City Hall on Tues-

day, July 3, 2012 at

5:00 p.m. to consider

COTTONWOOD

STREET REPAIR

AND MITIGATION

PROJECT

1. Cottonwood Street

Repair and Mitigation

Project - grading, ag-

gregate base, bitumi-

nous surfacing and a

riprap roadway project

section along the

washed out pavement

section west of the

Cottonwood River

Bridge.

Pursuant to Minnesota

Statutes, sections

429.011 to 429.111.

No special assess-

ments are proposed

for this improvement.

The total estimated

cost of the Cotton-

wood Street Roadway

Repair and Mitigation

Project is $120,000.

Such persons as

desired to be heard

with reference to the

proposed improve-

ments will be heard at

this meeting.
