REDWOOD FALLS - A community notification meeting about a Level 3 Predatory Sexual Offending moving to Redwood Falls will be held at 6 p.m., Tuesday, June 26, at the Redwood Falls Public Library.
Representatives from the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) and Redwood Falls Police will attend the meeting about Kevin C. Fils, 30, a 6-foot tall, 210-pound, black man with a history of sexual contact with male and female victims ages 9-15 that he knew. Fils' registered address is the 900 block of Elm Street East.
