To the editor:
I heard about the now famous South Payne St. horse before the newspaper article. My grandchildren live nearby and were disappointed about the horse losing his home.
I grew up on a farm with a full array of animals, so you will not convince me that a single horse that is well taken care of and cleaned up after every two weeks is causing this much trouble. Please show us that the neighbors can find a way to work this out.
And to the City - I hope you will allow this gentle horse to keep his home with his remaining years.
