NEW ULM - After a year-long deployment in Kuwait, 43 soldiers of the New Ulm-based, 1st Battalion, 1-125th Field Artillery Regiment are scheduled to arrive at the New Ulm Armory after a year-long deployment at about noon tomorrow.

According to the local National Guard unit command, the arrival is expected to be similar to last Sunday afternoon's arrival of two busloads of soldiers that drew several hundred family members and friends who cheered and held "welcome home" signs as an entourage of Patriot Guard motorcycle riders, New Ulm Police and Fire Department trucks escorted two coach buses along Broadway, Minnesota and State Streets before arriving in front of the armory.
