To the editor:
If the Minnesota Vikings really want to leave Minnesota if the taxpayers refuse to subsidize a playpen for wtheir multi-millionaire players, I say let them go. Providing they have to leave by heading west out of North Mankato.
They can take the highway of broken promises, U.S. Highway 14. If they can make it safely to Sleepy Eye, then they can leave.
My second point to ponder is this. If all the billions of dollars Minnesotans spend watching Metro Multimillionaires chase a ball or puck around were spent on more worthwhile endeavors, I wonder how many legitimate jobs that would create, and some might even pay well enough that legitimate citizens would be willing to do them.
You may have to figure this out for yourself, as mainstream media don't like to cover all sides of these issues.
