NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND INTENT TO CONSIDER PLANS FOR REDISTRICTING OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER DISTRICTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH MINNESOTA STATUTES, SECTION 375.01 TO 375.025
Notice is hereby given that on the 1st day of May, 2012, at 9:30 am, the Brown County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing at the Brown County Courthouse, in the City of New Ulm, for the purpose of considering preliminary plans, and adopting a final plan, for the redistricting of Brown County Commissioner Districts. A copy of the preliminary plans with all attachments and supporting documentation shall be available for public inspection in the office of the County Auditor/Treasurer during regular office hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Any citizen intending to submit a plan for consideration in the redistricting of Brown County Commissioner Districts must do so no later than April 27, 2012 at 5:00 pm.
