A 63-year-old Morgan man charged with first degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor is free on bail.
Loren Eisenbarth was charged Feb. 13 in Redwood County District Court. Bail was set at $225,000 without conditions and $175,000 with conditions.
According to the compliant, Eisenbarth is accused of molesting a five-year-old child with special needs while driving the child to school in a Cedar Mountain Bus Company van on Jan. 30, 2012.
Eisenbarth paid a $175,000 bond on Feb. 16, according to the Redwood County Sheriff's Office. He is scheduled to appear in court again on Friday, Feb. 24.
The Cedar Mountain Public School Crisis Team met and created a district response to the incident. Letters were mailed to families of each student and posted on the school website.
