HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY
GIVEN, that the Nicol-
let County Planning
and Zoning Advisory
Commission will hold a
public hearing on Mon-
day, January 23, 2012
at 7:00 p.m. in the
County Board Room of
the Nicollet County
Government Center in
St. Peter, Minnesota.
The purpose of said
hearing is to consider
the following requests:
To hear the request of
Steamboat Pork,

for a conditional use
permit for new con-
sturction at an existing
hog feedlot with 2,448
head (794.9 animal un-
its), the construction
will consist of a 44' x
76' barn addition with a
44'x76'x10' concrete
manure storage area
with no increase of an-
imal units. The exist-
ing facility consists of
a 41'x294' and a
76'x312' total confine-
ment barns with con-
crete manure storage
areas and a 76'x236
total confinement barn
with a manure flush pit
on property located in
part of the NE 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of Section
27-111-30 in Lafayette
