To the editor:
It was Thursday, Nov. 17 and I was running a few errands in New Ulm. I was shopping in Running's. I found my items and paid. Pushed my shopping cart to my car, threw my items in the car and answered my cell phone. I drove away leaving my billfold in the shopping cart.
One gentleman reported to a cashier that there is a woman's billfold in a shopping cart in the parking lot. The next gentleman to spot my billfold brought it into the store. The lady cashier found my phone number and called. I was so grateful for the call. I had not yet missed my billfold. I don't know the people involved but Thank You. Your honesty was greatly appreciated. It was a very humbling experience. Thank you again.
