Five warrants
outstanding

REDWOOD COUNTY - Twenty-one people were arrested on various felony drug charges Tuesday in Redwood County.
The bust follows an extensive, year-long investigation by the Brown-Lyon-Lincoln-Redwood-Renville Drug Task Force, according to a news release.
Tuesday's bust netted 15 people from Redwood Falls, four from Morton and one from Springfield and Renville, all of which were scheduled to make initial court appearances in Redwood County District Court Tuesday, according to the news release.
Those with Redwood Falls addresses include Kimberly A. Hare, 38, 3rd degree sale; Angela S. Schaffer, 34, 2nd degree sale, Shelly Marie Dow, 38, 5th degree sale; Ross C. Downwind, 39, 5th degree sale; Jesse R. King, 20, 1st degree sale; Ronny A. Jarvis, 34, 1st degree sale; Brandy L. Larsen, 34, 3rd degree sale; Melissa L. Prechel, 27, conspiracy to commit 3rd degree controlled substance crime; Isaiah L. Turner, 32, conspiracy to commit 5th degree; subsequent offenses; Kevin A. Banks, 43, 5th degree sale; Lino T. Brothers, 38, 5th degree sale; Linda K. Larsen, 60, 2nd degree sale; Kelly J. Brothers, 35, 5th degree sale; Michelle J. Rainey, 37, 2nd degree sale; and Curtis D. Williams, 39, 1st and 2nd degree sale.
Suspects with Morton addresses were Robin T. Pendleton, 47, 2nd degree sale; Sherman D. Killsplenty, 34, 2nd degree sale; Nathan A. Wabasha, 33, 3rd degree sale; and Becky M. Larsen, 39, 2nd degree sale.
Others arrested were Carl N. R. Ockwig, 43, Renville, 5th degree sale; and Philip L. Ludewig, 32, Springfield, 5th degree sale.
The arrests follow five other felony-level drug arrests made by the Task Force on Dec. 2, 2011 that resulted from the same investigation.
Five arrest warrants are outstanding.
"Task Force agents are working hard to locate and arrest the remaining suspects," wrote Task Force Commander Jeff Hohensee in the news release.
More charges may be forthcoming as a result of the investigation.
Agencies assisting in the arrests were the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, Redwood, Renville and Lyon County Sheriff's Offices, Marshall, Redwood Falls and Lower Sioux Police, the Minnesota State Patrol, and the Minnesota River Valley Drug Task Force.
