5.28 OF THE CITY
CODE OF THE CITY
OF NEW ULM RELA-
TIVE TO BREWER
TAPROOM
LICENSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY
THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF
NEW ULM:
SECTION I. That Sec-
tion 5.28 of the City
Code of the City of
New Ulm is hereby
enacted to read as fol-
lows:
Section 5.28. Brewer
taproom license.
Subdivision 1. A
brewer taproom
license may be issued
to an applicant meet-
ing the requirements of
Minnesota Statutes,
section 340A.301,
subd. 6b, including
amendments thereto.
A brewer taproom
license shall authorize
sale of malt liquor pro-
duced by the brewer
for consumption on the
premises of or adja-
cent to one brewery lo-
cation owned by the
licensee. If a brewer
taproom license has
been issued to the ap-
plicant for a brewery
location in another jur-
isdiction, no license
shall be issued by the
City of New Ulm. All
provisions of this
chapter and of Min-
nesota Statutes that
apply to retail liquor
licenses shall apply to
a brewer taproom
license unless such
provision is explicitly
inconsistent herewith.
SECTION II. That this
ordinance shall take
effect and shall be in
force 30 days from
and after its adoption,
approval, and publica-
tion.
