Have we lost another Jobs?

November 13, 2011
The Journal

To the editor:

In reference to the Column in The Journal: The article, titled (Steve Jobs:?The Unwanted Child): Mona Charen stated that his parents didn't want him and gave him up for adoption. In these days when abortion is so convenient, what would our world be like if the abortion route had been chosen.

Consider the number of abortions that have been performed since our lawmakers said it was legal. Thankfully it was not legal when many of our former inventors and scientists were born such as Edison, Ford, and Salk to name a few. Would we still be using gas lamps and what kind of cars would we be driving and would we still be battling polio? Have we aborted the scientist that may have developed a cure for cancer, AIDS, leukemia and many of the other dreaded diseases? Are some of these people buried in some cemetery or heaven forbid in some landfill?

Yet we keep electing people that make our laws who have expressed their favoring abortion. Maybe we need to reset our priorities and forget about party' an elect PROLIFE candidates to make our laws. Maybe God will give us a second chance and allow a doctor or scientist to be born, one that will save our life or invent another world-changing enterprise.
