NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
WHEREAS, Doug and Doris Schmiesing, have filed an application for a variance from the City Code to construct a dwelling 15 feet into the required front yard setback area on Lot 4, Block 1, Old River 1st Addition. (Street Address: 2911 South Bridge Street)
WHEREAS, the City Code requires that this matter be considered by the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment.
NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the City Code, the New Ulm Board of Zoning Adjustment will meet on Thursday, October 27, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota to consider this matter. The public and all interested parties are hereby officially notified of said Public Hearing.
