NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Economic Development Authority (EDA) of the City of New Ulm, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing at 7:30 A.M. on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, regarding the project list utilizing 2011 Capital Fund Program (CFP) grant award in the amount of $59,877 for the Public Housing Program. The project list is on file and available for public inspection at the Housing Office, 1st Floor, City Hall, 100 North Broadway, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073.

All persons in attendance at the public hearing will be given an opportunity to speak on this matter. Written testimony may also be submitted to the Housing Office located in City Hall prior to the Public Hearing.

ORDER AND NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF CO-PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS

It is Ordered and Notice is given that on the 12 day of May, 2011, at 11:30 o'clock a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Brown County Courthouse, 14 South State, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent, dated September 4, 2010, and for the appointment of Cynthia Rosenau, whose address is 1026 S. Front St., New Ulm, Minnesota 56073, and Kevin Bassett whose address is 915 South Valley, New Ulm, Minnesota 56073, as Co-Personal Representatives of the Estate of the above-named decedent in an unsupervised administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed or raised, the Co-Personal Representatives will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.

Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against said Estate are required to present the claims to the Co-Personal Representatives or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

Wenisch for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of heirship of the above-named decedent, and for the appointment of Douglas J. Wenisch, whose address is 205 Winona Street, Springfield, Minnesota 56087, as personal representative of the Estate of the above-named decedent in unsupervised administration, and that any objections thereto must be filed with the Court. That, if proper, and no objections are filed, a personal representative will be appointed to administer the estate, to collect all assets, pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, and sell real estate and personal property, and do all necessary acts for the estate.

Notice is further given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against said estate are required to present the same to said personal representative or to the Clerk of the Court within four months after the date of this notice of said claims will be barred.
