delivery until Thurs-

day, May 19, 2011 at

10:00 a.m. at which

date and time the bids

will be opened and

read aloud in the City

Council Chambers.

Project Scope: Con-

struction of a new

Electrical Department

Building for New Ulm

Public Utilities. The

building will be a

pre-engineered struc-

ture and will include

concrete work, building

framing, exterior fin-

ishes, roof system; in-

terior finishes, doors,

mechanical and electri-

cal systems, sitework

and other work indicat-

ed in the drawings and

specifications.

The Bidder shall sub-

mit the proposal on the

forms provided. The

Proposal shall be filled

in clearly and correctly

with ink or typewriter.

The Proposal shall be

signed in ink by the in-

dividual, members of

the partnership, or by

one or more officers of

the corporation making

the proposal.

Bidding Documents,

after May 5th, 2011,

may be obtained from

for a non-refundable

fee of $35.00 each.

cashiers check,

than five percent (5%)
