NICOLLET - Schmidt's Meat Market took home three awards at the Minnesota Association of Meat Processors Convention held March 18-19, in Rochester. Schmidt's received three champion level awards for its dried beef, original beef jerky and ring bologna. There were over 380 entries in 26 product categories.
