Bruce Jacobs shovels the sidewalk in front of Jacobs and Meidl Music and Christian Supply Store downtown New Ulm Wednesday. The March lion roared early Wednesday and dumped approximately 2 inches of snow on New Ulm and sent the thermometer to lows frequently recorded in the dead of winter.
