SPRINGFIELD, Ill. - Don Wendel of New Ulm has earned the Horace Mann Awarded Agency Professional Gold Certification (APC) .
To earn the certification, an agent must be among the top sales leaders from Horace Mann's national sales force and provide outstanding customer service in 2010. The award was presented to Wendel in New Ulm on March 7.
Wendel holds a B.A. degree in education from Concordia College in Moorhead. He has also won the company's President's Service Award. He is also a member of the Sertoma Club of New Ulm.
