NEW ULM - Local author Jill Kalz was a featured speaker at the Children's Literature Network "Books for Breakfast" event held Feb. 5 in Plymouth.
The annual event invites 250 teachers, media specialists, and booksellers to meet authors and illustrators from the five-state area and learn about their latest book releases for K-6 readers.
Kalz, the author of more than 50 books for children, including the award-winning Pfeffernut County series, promoted her title "A-MAZE-ing Adventures Fun Finger Mazes."
