NEW ULM - Linda Kretsch, cashier at Citizens Bank Minnesota, retired at year-end 2010 after 43 years of service.
Her professional career started at the bank in January of 1967 in its bookkeeping department. She also held the positions as a teller, loan teller and auditor.
Kretsch has been involved in converting the bank from posting everything by hand to a complex computer system that tracks all transactions. She played an integral part through all the bank building renovations, as well as the branch office acquisitions and insurance agency acquisitions.
