Horace Mann agent receives award
NEW ULM - Don Wendel of Horace Mann Insurance Company has received the National Mutliline Sales Award from the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) in southern Minnesota. It is the the third consecutive year Wendel has received the honor.
Wendel, a Horace Mann agent for 26 years, is a past winner of Horace Mann's President's Service Award, which recognizes agents for outstanding service, and he holds a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation from the American College.

Wendel is a member of the New Ulm Minnesota Community Concerts Association Board of Directors, the New Ulm Sertoma club and the New Ulm Catholic Church Cemetery board. He is also active in the National Wild Turkey Federation. Wendel's office is located in New Ulm.
