of Alice Hillesheim as Regular PT Homemaker
for the Public Health Dept. effective 3-26-10,
carried.

appointment of Angela Gauert to the FT Appraiser
position at the annual salary of $31,472 (Grade
X, Entry) effective 4-1-10 and authorize posting
the vacated Assessment Technician position
as 3?4 time position on a trial basis, with the
understanding that if it doesn't work there would
be the possibility to return it to full time, carried.
M/Berg, S/Potter, to approve the County
Assessor, Deputy Assessor, Senior Appraiser,
Appraiser, Senior Assessment Technician (as
amended), and Assessment Technician position
descriptions and refer same to the Personnel
Advisory Committee (PAC) for pointing under the
Rotational Review Process, carried.
M/Lochner, S/Seeboth, to authorize the
payment of Family Services Administrative claims
intheamountof$126,075.03,carried.
At 11:30 AM, Chairman Seeboth convened
a Closed Session to consider Social Services
Payments, whereupon M/Berg, S/Potter, to
authorize the payment of Social Services
payments in the amount of $240,483.79, carried.
The Closed Session ended at 11:35 AM.
M/Berg, S/Lochner, to accept the quote
received from Treat's Home Center in the total
amount of $3,096.41 (includes sales tax) to
replacethecarpetintheI.T.officesandcomputer
training lab, carried. An additional quote was
received from New Ulm Furniture Co. Inc.
Correspondence C-1 thru C-22 were accepted
andfiled.
