Brown County holding H1N1 vaccine clinic

NEW ULM - Brown County Public Health will hold H1N1 vaccine clinics on Wednesday, Dec. 1, form 3 to 6 p.m., and Friday, Dec. 4 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The clinics are by appointment only, and will be held at Brown County Public Health, 1117 Center St., New Ulm. For an appointment call Brown County Public Health at 507-233-6820 or 1-888-359-2809

There is no cost for the vaccine

The clinic is open to: All children age 6 months through age 9; children with underlying health conditions up through age 18 (Asthma, diabetes or other type of metabolic disease or disease of the lungs, heart, kidneys, liver, nerves or blood); pregnant women, and parents or caregivers of children less than 6 months of age.

Children must be accompanied by an adult

Each child must have a parent or legal guardian complete a screening/consent form. If you are sending your child with another adult please complete the form ahead of time and send it with that adult.

The screening/consent form and information sheets are available on the Brown County Website at www.co.brown.mn.us or at our office, if you would like to complete it prior to the clinic. They will be available at the clinic also.
